1.1. The User's use of the mobile application "Factory of the Preparer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") means agreement with this Privacy Policy and data processing terms.

1.2. The Application is designed to control a smart autoclave produced by our company and does not require registration, account creation, or entry of personal data.

2. Processed Data

2.1. The Application does not collect or store users' personal data. It does not request full name, email, phone number, or other identifying information.

2.2. The only technical data used are:

• information about the current state of the device (temperature, timer, cooking stages);
• control commands transmitted from the user to the autoclave.

3. Permissions Used

3.1. The Application uses the following iOS permissions:

• Bluetooth — for connecting to the device and transmitting control commands directly.
• Local Network (Wi-Fi) — for device control when connected via the internet.

3.2. In Bluetooth mode, communication is carried out directly between the phone and the device, without using servers.

3.3. In Wi-Fi mode, data transmission through a secure intermediate server necessary for remote control is possible. Data is transmitted exclusively for technical purposes, does not contain personal information, and is not stored.

4. Security

4.1. All connections to the server are protected using WSS/HTTPS protocols.

4.2. The Application does not use third-party trackers, advertising technologies, or third-party analytics.
